This page explains how Tara Finance uses small data files called cookies when you visit our website. We want you to understand what they do and how you can adjust your preferences at any time.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They are widely used to help a site work as you would expect, to remember your choices, and to give the people who run the site a general sense of how visitors use it.
They do not contain personal details like your name or bank information. Think of them as a quiet notepad that the site uses to remember where you left off — nothing more.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies keep the site working properly. Without them, certain parts of the site — such as the contact form or your saved preferences — would not function. They cannot be switched off.
- Session management — keeping your visit connected across pages
- Security — helping protect the site from misuse
- Cookie preference storage — remembering your choices on this page
Duration: Session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
OptionalThese help us understand how visitors find and move through our site — which pages are read most, how long people stay, and where they come from. This lets us quietly improve the experience over time. All data is collected in aggregate and does not identify you personally.
- Page view counts and visit duration
- Navigation paths through the site
- Broad geographic region (country level)
Provider: Google Analytics | Duration: Up to 2 years
Marketing Cookies
OptionalThese cookies may be set by advertising partners to understand which of our communications were useful and to avoid showing you things you have already seen. We keep this to a minimum and do not share your details without your knowledge.
- Ad performance measurement
- Frequency capping — not showing the same material too often
- Broad audience interests for ad placement
Providers: Meta, Google | Duration: Up to 90 days
Preference Cookies
OptionalThese remember choices you make so the site feels familiar when you return. They are entirely optional and you can clear them at any time through your browser.
- Language or display preferences
- Region settings
- Previously viewed content
Duration: Up to 6 months
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are placed by external services that help us understand how the site is used or deliver relevant material to the right audience. We work only with reputable providers.

How Long Cookies Last
Session Cookies
These exist only while your browser is open. When you close the window or tab, they are removed automatically. They carry no information between visits.
Persistent Cookies
These remain on your device for a set period — anywhere from a few days to two years, depending on their purpose. You can remove them at any time through your browser settings.
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to choose which cookies you accept. Your choices are saved to your browser and take effect right away. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they keep the site working.
Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also manage or remove cookies directly through your browser. Click a browser name below to see the steps.

- Open Chrome and click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Choose Settings, then scroll to Privacy and security.
- Click Cookies and other site data.
- Choose your preferred setting — you can block all, allow all, or block third-party cookies only.
- To delete existing cookies, click See all cookies and site data and remove what you wish.
Settings apply across all sites. You can add specific exceptions for sites you trust.

- Click the Privacy tab.
- Tick Prevent cross-site tracking to block third-party cookies.
- To remove all stored cookies, click Manage Website Data and then Remove All.

- Go to Cookies and site permissions in the left panel.
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Toggle Block third-party cookies if you wish to limit tracking.
- Click See all cookies and site data to review and remove specific cookies.
Edge's Balanced tracking prevention mode is a sensible default for most users.
Mobile Browsers
On Android or iOS, cookie settings are usually found in your browser app's Settings → Privacy or Settings → Site Settings. The steps vary slightly by device and browser version, but the options are generally similar to those described above.
Your Rights and Choices
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. Doing so will not affect anything that has already taken place.
You may also ask us to tell you what data we hold that relates to you, or to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
Switching off optional cookies will not stop you using the site, though a small number of features — such as saved preferences — may not work as you would expect.
