1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" means Tara Finance, operating from 215 Sukhumvit Road, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "You / User" means any person who visits our website or enrols in our courses.
• "Service" means the financial education courses and related materials offered by Tara Finance.
• "Content" means all written, visual, and recorded material produced by Tara Finance including course guides, worksheets, and session recordings.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use our Service.

3. Service Description

Tara Finance provides financial education courses for adults aged 40 and above. Our current programmes are:

• Reading the Seasons — a three-session introductory course (฿4,200)
• Planning by the Year — a six-week course (฿7,000)
• The Whole Calendar Programme — a ten-week course (฿9,800)

All courses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session with reasonable notice. Courses are offered in Bangkok and, where indicated, via recorded materials.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or enrolling
• Attend or access sessions in good faith
• Treat other participants and facilitators with respect
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute course content without our written permission
• Not use our Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, printed guides, worksheets, recordings, and website content are the intellectual property of Tara Finance. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private learning. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Course fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) prior to the commencement of the course, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.

Refund policy: Cancellations made more than seven calendar days before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the first session are non-refundable. In the event that Tara Finance cancels a course, a full refund will be issued. We do not refund for sessions missed by the participant.

7. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer

The content of all Tara Finance courses is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in our courses constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not licensed financial advisors. Where courses discuss specific financial structures, we will indicate that professional licensed advice should be sought before any decision is made. We make no representation that any strategy or approach discussed in our courses is suitable for your individual situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Tara Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your participation in our courses or use of our website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tara Finance and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of our Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a course if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the environment we aim to maintain. In such cases, no refund will be issued. You may withdraw from a course at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 6.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date above. Continued use of our Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tara Finance.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent.
